Can I Change or Cancel My Order Once It Is Submitted?
All items are made to order, once an order is submitted, we immediately begin preparing it and therefore cannot make any changes. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order.
lafonceur does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All of our products are made to order and all sales are final, they are created specifically upon order, and are not kept in stock. If the product you have received is defective, we will be more than happy to replace it.
I have received a defective product, what do I do now?
In case if the product you have received is defective, please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days for details on how to go about this process. As part of the replacement, you will be required to send the defective or wrong item back to us.
What is the eligibility for replacing a defective product?
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
How my items shipped?
All items are made to order. Each item is individually produced for you at the time of purchase and will usually take 3-14 days to arrive.
Note: If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple packages on different days.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In this condition, lafonceur will not be responsible.
Due to the nature of screen to print resolution, please be aware that some color variations might occur.
