Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly in your order confirmation email. Please check this email address as well as your spam folder (or Promotions folder if using gmail) if you do not receive the email/s within 10 minutes.

All Digital orders are final and non-returnable. If you have an issue regarding accessing the received file, contact us within 3 days of your order. In case of duplicate orders, we allow cancellations within 24 hours.

For physical goods (such as print books), you are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

All items are made to order; once an order is submitted, we immediately begin preparing it and, therefore, cannot make any changes. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. In case of duplicate orders, we allow cancellations within 24 hours.

If you received damaged or defective print books, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order with free shipping. Please notify us within 7 days of your order’s shipment date.

Products ordered are shipped through our courier partners. If our courier partner does not service the desired location, the products are shipped through the Indian Postal Service. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. The shipping times mentioned on the Platform is approximate and delivery is subject to our courier partners and local conditions at the delivery location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
