Ebooks, audiobooks, and print books.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Shipping, Cancellation, Returns and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly in your order confirmation email. Please check this email address as well as your spam folder (or Promotions folder if using gmail) if you do not receive the email/s within 10 minutes.

All Digital orders are final and non-returnable. If you have issue regarding accessing the received file contact within 3 days of the order.

Print books are printed in India. For physical orders, we allow cancellations only if the order has not yet been shipped, for a full refund minus payment processing fees, if applicable.

If you received damaged or defective print books, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order with free shipping. Please notify us within 7 days of your order’s shipment date.

Products ordered are shipped through our courier partners. If our courier partner does not service the desired location, the products are shipped through the Indian Postal Service. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. The shipping times mentioned on the Platform is approximate and delivery is subject to our courier partners and local conditions at the delivery location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Limitation of Liability
La Fonceur, publisher, printer, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless La Fonceur, publisher, printer, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without reference to its choice or conflicts of law rules.
